铁扫帚中总多糖提取工艺的研究

摘    要:研究了铁扫帚中总多糖提取的最佳工艺,并对其进行了薄层层析,结果表明:A3B2C1条件下,总多糖提取率最高。薄层层析得两个组分,其Rf值分别为:0.65和0.55

Abstract:The optimal conditions of extracting polysaccharide from Lespedeza cuneata (Dum-Cours)G. Don were studied and separated by TLC, The result showed : in A3B2C1 conditions, the yield of extracted polysaccharide was 1.24%, two compounds were obtained by TLC and the Rf were 0.65 and 0.55.
