中国汉族男性腰椎的身高推断

本文研究了中国汉族男性腰椎的测量及腰椎推断身高的方法。测量指标有 :椎体前高、椎体后高、椎体上矢径、椎体下矢径、椎体上横径、椎体下横径、椎体中部横径、椎孔矢状径、椎孔横径、左侧椎弓根厚度。将各腰椎的测量数据与身高进行了相关分析并建立了中国汉族男性腰椎推断身高的回归方程。本研究所建立的方程 ,可以用于中国汉族男性腰椎的身高推断。

ESTIMATION OF STATURE FROM LUMBAR VERTEBRAE OF CHINESE MALES

Object: The purposes of this study was provide measurements of lumbar vertebrae and to obtain regressive equations for estimating the stature of Chinese male on the basis of these data. Methods: lumbar vertebrae of 88 individuals with known age and sex, as well as stature were measured according to Martin's method. The measurements are as follow: 1. anterior height of the vertebral body (X 1), 2. posterior height of the vertebral body(X 2), 3. upper antero-posterior diameter of the vertebral body (X 3), 4. lower antero-posterior diameter of the vertebral body (X 4), 5. upper transverse diameter of the vertebral body (X 5), 6. lower transverse diameter of the vertebral body (X 6), 7. middle transverse diameter of the vertebral body (X 7), 8. antero-posterior diameter of the vertebral foramen (X 8), 9. transverse diameter of the vertebral foramen (X 9), 10. left thickness of pedicle of vertebral arch (X 10). The correlation and regression analysis between the measurements and the stature were made by SPSS soft ware.
