益母草种子发芽检验标准化研究

摘    要:本文通过发芽试验来探讨温度、光照及发芽床等因素对益母草(Leonurus heterophyllus)种子萌发的影响。设15、20、25和30 ℃ 4种恒温, (15/25) ℃、(20/30) ℃ 2种变温, 共6种温度处理, 设纸上(TP)、纸间(BP)、砂间(S)和砂上(TS)4种发芽床处理, 光照设0(黑暗)和2 000 lx 2个处理。试验结果表 明: 益母草种子发芽最适温度为25~30 ℃, 发芽床可选择纸上或纸间, 对光照不敏感, 可在光照或黑暗条件下发芽, 初次计数时间为发芽后第4天, 末次计数时间为发芽后第9天。

Seed Germination Testing Standardization of Leonurus heterophyllus

Abstract:The influence of different conditions on Leonurus heterophyllus seed germination were tested in this paper. The conditions included 6 temperature treatments (15 ℃, 20 ℃, 25 ℃,30 ℃, (15/25) ℃, and (20/30) ℃), 2 light treatments (0 and 2 000 lx) and 4 germinating-bed treatments (top of paper (TP), between of paper (BP), top of sand (TS), and between of sand (S)).According to the germination performance under different conditions, the optimum seed germination conditions of Leonurus heterophyllus were as follows: temperature 25~30℃, germinating-beds TP and BP, light or dark. The first seedling-counting time is the 4th day after germination;the last time is the 9th day.
