| Abstract: | A rapid progress has been made in genetics mechamisms of cardiac development. These insights have begun to elucidate the mystery of congenital heart diseases at the molecular level. The investigation progression of human cardiac developmental defects including lateralital development in the human heart, defect of cardiac development and the moleuclar basis of cardiac defect are reviewed. |
