| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年胸部外伤的特点,为更好的诊治提供借鉴和参考。方法:回顾分析我院收治的43例老年胸部外伤患者的临床资料。结果:老年人骨质疏松,易发生骨折,造成血气胸。同时合并各种基础疾病,易形成呼吸,循环功能紊乱。结论:对老年胸部外伤病人,在正确诊治的同时,要积极防治并发症,对治疗效果及预后起关键的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: In order to better provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment,investigate the characteristics of old
chest trauma. Methods: Retrospective analysis clinical data of 43 cases old patients with chest trauma in our hospital. Results: Elderly
osteoporosis, resulting in fracture-prone and blood pneumothorax. And concomitant variety of underlying diseases,which are easy to form
respiratory and circulatory dysfunction. Conclusions: Preventing and treating complications play a key role in treatment and prognosis of
elderly patients with chest trauma,when we correctly diagnosis and treatment. |
