Abstract:The distribution of Dreissena polymorpha in the northeastern part of the Kama River basin is limited to the area with the following geographic coordinates: 59°37′–54°00′ N and 57°10′–49°03′ E. The range of the zebra mussel is continuous along the Kama, Belaya, and Ufa rivers. Isolated populations of this mollusk exist in the Belaya and Vyatka river floodplains. The distribution of dreissena in the running waters of the Kama River basin is limited by the potamal conditions.
