| Abstract: | The c fms gene encodes the macrophage colony stimulating factor′s receptor(M CSF R)which was organized into five immunoglobulin like extracellular subdomains,a transmembrane domain and a cytoplasmic domain.The total RNAs were isolated from the human placenta and reversely transcribed with the downstream primer.All PCR amplification fragments started with the normal initiation codon and contained one(297 bp),two(615 bp)and three(909 bp)Ig like subdomains,respectively.Sequence analysis showed that the PCR products were identical with the reported sequence.The result laid an excellent foundation for the further study on the function and clinical significance of M CSF. |
