| 摘 要： | 本文研究了芽孢杆菌Ｌ２３产木聚糖酶的时间曲线，碳源种类和浓度，添加物，发酵起始ｐｈ以及接种量对产酶的影响。该菌经３７℃培养５０小时，酶活力为３０ＩＵ／ｍｌ，酶最适反应温度为５７℃，最适ｐＨ值为７．０。
