区域性医疗质量管理指标体系构建研究

目的 构建适应以政府主管部门或第三方专业医疗质量评价机构为应用主体，满足开展区域性医疗质量管理需要的医疗质量管理指标体系。方法 基于目前政策导向，采用定性与定量方法对指标进行筛选及试点应用。结果 该指标体系由8个一级指标类构成，含33个指标：诊疗水平（2个）、诊疗效率（2个）、诊疗措施相关（2个）、住院患者死亡（4个）、医院感染（7个），并发症（6个）、重返类（3个）、安全事件（7个）。结论 指标体系需根据现实情况定期更新，以引导医疗机构的医疗质量持续改进。

Construction of Regional Healthcare Quality Management Indicator System

Objective To construct a healthcare quality indicator system, which wil1 meet the healthcare management demands of government or third-party. Methods Based on the direction of current healthcare policy, applying the qualitative and quantitative methods to select the indicators. Results The indicator system is composed of 33 indicators of 8 categories: diagnosis and treatment ability(2), diagnosis and treatment efficiency(2), treatment-related measures(2), inpatient mortality(4), hospital acquired infection(7), complication(6), readmission(3) and adverse event(7). Conclusion The indicator system should be updated periodically, and guide continuous quality improvement of medical institutions.
