| Abstract: | Nurse practitioners(NP) are the important part of nursing team in developed countries. In order to provide references for the promotion of high quality standardized training of residents, the paper introduces how to combine the NP post setting with resident standardized training, and explores the effects of NP on standardized training of residents. |
