| Abstract: | Murine methylmalonyl CoA mutase (Mut) has been localized to chromosome 17C-D by in situ hybridization in cell line containing a 2.17 Robertsonian translocation. This locus, which was mapped with the help of a murine methylmalonyl CoA mutase cDNA probe, and others on murine chromosome 17 are syntenic, though not necessarily colinear, with loci on human chromosome 6. |
