摘    要:本文采用单向聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法(SDS—PAGE)对十八株Frankia菌的全细胞可溶性蛋白进行了图谱分析。Frankia菌蛋白图谱不受菌龄的影响。不同接种组的菌株具有不同的蛋白图谱,同一组内的菌株也有所差异。

Abstract:Polypeptide patterns of soluble proteins from 18 Frankia strains were determined by one-dimensional sodium dodecyl sulfate-poly-acrylamide gel electrophoresis, The polypeptide patterns were not influenced by the age. The Frankia strains which belong to different cross-inoculation groups have different patterns. Three gel electrophoresis groups were observed. The first group contains the endophyte of Alnus and Ceanothus; The second group contains the endophytes of Casuarina; The third group contains the endophytes of Elaeagnus and Hippophae.
