| 摘 要： | 利用高速逆流色谱法从雷公藤植物粗提物分离得到一个化合物.两相溶剂体系为正己烷/乙酸乙酯/甲醇/水(2∶3∶3∶2,V/V/V/V),水相作流动相,有机相作固定相.经单晶X-衍射分析确定该化合物为雷酚内酯异构体.晶体参数为:晶体为正交晶系,空间群为P2(1)2(1)2(1)；晶胞参数为:a=0.71913(10) nm,...

| Abstract: | One compound was isolated from Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook.F.(TWHF) by high-speed countercurrent chromatography(HSCCC).The solvents used in HSCCC were consisted of n-hexane,ethyl acetate,methanol and water by the ratio of 2∶3∶3∶2(V/V/ V/V).The aqueous solution was the mobile phase and the organic solution was the stationary phase.The structure of this compound was identified as the stereoisomer of triptophenolide by X-ray crystallographic analysis.Crystal data of this compound was found as follows:orthorhombic,space group P2(1)2(1)2(1),unit cell dimensions:a=0.71913(10) nm,b=1.25227(19) nm,c=3.5786(5) nm;V=3.2227(8) nm 3; Z=8. |
