Abstract:In this study the raw polysaccharide was obtained from Blueberry by hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation method coupled with pectinase optimum.Then it was discolored by H2O2,enzymatic hydrolyzed and then removed of protein by combining trichloroacetic acid and n-butanol.Polysaccharide(BBP3-1) was purified using DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow ion exchange echromatography and Sephacryl S-300 HR gel filtration chromatography(GFC).UV spectra measurements confirmed there was no protein and nucleic acid.HPLC ...
