| 摘 要： | 从蹄叶橐吾根乙醇提取物中分离得到11种化合物,经理化和波谱分析分别鉴定为原儿茶醛(1)、7-羟基-色原酮(2)、咖啡酸(3)、阿魏酸(4)、1,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(5)、当归酸(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)、蜂斗菜素(9)、异蜂斗菜素(10)及正三十五烷(11)。其中酚类化合物1～5、倍半萜类化合物9～10及脂烃11为首次从该植物中分离得到。 |

| Abstract: | Eleven compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of the roots of Ligularia fischeri Turcz.They were identified by chemical and spectral methods as protocatechualdehyde(1),7-hydroxy-chrome(2),caffeic acid(3),ferulic acid(4),1,5-dicaffeyol-quinic acid(5),angelic acid(6),β-sitosterol(7),daucosterol (8),petasin(9),isopetasin(10),and pentatriacontane(11).Among them,phenol constituents 1-5,sesquiterpens 9-10 and lipid 11 were isolated from this plant for the first time. |
