摘    要:本文研究了芦荟多糖在温度诱导双水相体系中的分配行为,考察了Triton-114的浓度、温度、酸度、盐的浓度等因素对芦荟多糖分配行为的影响。结果表明,芦荟多糖趋于分配在水相,当Triton-114浓度为4%,pH=3,温度50℃时,芦荟多糖在水相中的回收率达到最大,多糖的含量也由原来的68.39%增加到75.63%。实验还表明,无机盐对芦荟多糖的分配行为具有很大的影响。

Abstract:In this paper,the partitioning behavior of Aloe polysaccharides was investigated with TritonX-114 temperature-induced aqueous two-phase system.The effects of different factors including the concentration of Triton X-114,temperature,pH,and concentration of inorganic salt were investigated in details.The results showed that Aloe polysaccharides mostly accumulated in the aqueous phase.The optimal condition consisted of adding 4% (w/w) Triton X-114 and 0.3 mol/L inorganic salt,pH 3.0 and 50 ℃ under which the highest recovery rate was obtained and the content of Aloe polysaccharides increased from 68.39% to 75.63%.In addition,it was demonstrated that the inorganic salt had a great effect on the partitioning behavior of Aloe polysaccharides.
