| Abstract: | We measured creatine kinase BB activity in normal, hyperplastic and neoplastic endometrium. Creatine kinase BB levels were higher in secretory than in proliferative endometrium. High levels were also found in hyperplastic tissue. In endometrial cancer creatine kinase BB activity was higher in well differentiated than in poorly differentiated tumors. |
