| Abstract: | A bivariate model is proposed for the analysis of data from experiments concerning bacterial activity in the mouse lung. The parameters of the model are discussed and estimated. Using the likelihood ratio statistic, simultaneous confidence intervals are constructed. The improvements over previously used models are then presented. |
