摘    要:以不同浓度的La^3 及Cu^2 分别加入到银杏愈伤组织的固体培养基和液体培养基中,发现La^3 浓度与细胞中黄酮含量呈负相关性;而随着Cu^2 浓度的提高,细胞中黄酮含量也提高;加入前体物(0.05g/L的苯丙氨酸和0.2g/L的乙酸钠)后,这种作用会更显著,黄酮含量比对照增加1倍到2倍.而随着Cu^2 浓度的升高,细胞生长会受到轻微的抑制,加入前体后,这种抑制作用会被缓解.Cu^2 可以认为是一种良好的非生物诱导子。

Abstract:The different concentrations of La3+ and Cu2+ are respectively added to solid media and liquid media to culture the callus of Ginkgo biloba L.. There are obvious results that concentrations of La3+ have the adverse correlation with flavonoid production; and with the concentrations of Cu2+ increasing, the flavonoid content of the examples enhances; and the action is more significant after adding precursors(0.05 g/L phenylalanine and 0.2 g/L sodium acetate). The result shows flavonoid production will be increased from one time to two times, compared with the control. And the cell growth can be slightly inhibited by Cu2+, and the inhibition action can be relieved by precursors. Cu2+ can be regarded as a proper abiotic elicitor.
