| Abstract: | A test is described in which adenovirus type 7 antigens are separated by two successive perpendicular applications of electrophoresis through agar, causing precipitin formation with cationic immune globulins. Three bands produced by adenovirus cultures distinguish among hexon, fiber, and penton antigens. |
