| 摘 要： | 本文对我国两种车前属Ｐｌａｎｔａｇｏ植物的核型进行了分析。２个种的染色体数目均为２ｎ＝２ｘ＝１２。它们的核型是：海滨车前Ｐ．ｃａｍｔｓｃｈａｔｉｃａＬｉｎｋ，Ｅｎｕｍ．２ｎ＝２ｘ＝１２＝８ｍ＋４ｓｍ；毛车前Ｐ．ｊｅｈｏｈｌｅｎｓｉｓＫｏｉｄｚ．２ｎ＝２ｘ＝１２＝６ｍ＋４ｓｍ＋２ｓｔ。它们的核型均属“２Ａ”型。由１２条染色体组成。

Study on karyotypes of 2 species of Plantago |

| Abstract: | The present paper deals with the karyotype analysis of 2 species of Plantago in China for the first time. The number of their somatic chromosomes in root-tip cells are all tetraploid, with 2n=2x=12. Their karyotype formulae are as follows: P. camtschatica Link, Enum. 2n=2x= 12= 8 m + 4 sm; P. Jehohlensis Koidz. 2n=2x=12=6m + 4 sm + 2 st. The karyotypes belong to “2A”type. with the composition of relative length of chromosomes: P. camtschatica Link, Enum. 2n=2 L+4 M2+4 M1+2 S1, P. jehohlensis Koidz. 2n=6 M2+6 M1. The total length of chromosomes are 306 and 298 respectively. Both are composed of 12 pairs of chromosomes. |
