| 摘 要： | 杂交水稻离体叶片用１０－３ｍｏｌ／ＬＮｉＳＯ４处理后，镍阻抑了叶片在衰老过程中ＳＯＤ、ＣＡＴ酶活性的下降和ＡｓＡ氧化酶活性的上升，ＡｓＡ和叶绿素含量的下降得到延缓，减少了膜脂过氧化程度。

| Abstract: | Applying 10~-3 mol/L NiSO 4 solution on the isolated hybrid rice leaves, we found it had the effect of delaying the decreasa of activities of SOD and CAT, and the increase of activity of ascorbic acid oxidase NiSO 4 delayed the decrease of ascorbic acid and chlorophyll contents, and decreased lipid peroxidation in isolated hybrid rice leaves also showed up in this process |
