| Abstract: | Transfer of Bomirski amelanotic melanoma cells from in vivo to in vitro growth conditions results in occurrence of rapid melanization in their cytoplasm. The melanized cells from primary cell culture initiate tumours in hamsters, which do not contain traces of melanin and resemble typical amelanotic melanoma. |
