| Abstract: | Recombinant antibody technology is opening new perspectives for the development of novel therapeutic and diagnostic agents. In this review we focus on advances in the generation of both genetically engineered humanized and fully human monoclonal antibodies. Methods for their production in different expression systems are also discussed. |
