| 摘 要： | 前言文献中,关于在两栖类动物,用对于哺乳类有引瘤作用的物质进行的实验不多,而成功的就更少了。在有尾两栖类,Hellmich(1928)的记载是比较早的。皮下注射苏丹三(Sudan Ⅲ)油溶液的结果,只在一只实验动物 Triturus eristatus 中,得到了所谓"瘤前期病变"。

| Abstract: | Chemical carcinogenesis in cold blooded animals is a field poorly explored and very few records of such investigations can be found in the literature. In urodeles,after the unfruitful attempt of Hellmich(1928),Duran-Reynals (1939),and Koch et al(1939)to induce neoplasia,Breedis(1951,1952) and Umanski and Rschkova(1954)finally announced their success.They obtain- ed malignant growth by the application of methylcholanthrene.But with anurans, only negative results were reported(Kinosita,1937;Duran-Reynals,1939... |
