摘 要: | 探讨谷氨酸受体拮抗剂MK-801对激光视网膜损伤的治疗作用。建立氦氖激光的大鼠眼损伤模型,通过病理染色、免疫组化以及原位杂交等方法,观察照后即刻肌注MK-801(2 mg/kg)对视网膜损伤的保护作用。实验结果表明治疗组视网膜的形态结构均较对照组更完整,感光细胞层的厚度也多于对照组,同时,照后给予MK-801还可明显地减少视网膜损伤区域内NMDAR的表达。该实验结果对低能量激光视网膜损伤后的治疗具有参考意义。

A Therapeutic Research on Low Energy He-Ne Laser Induced Retina Injury |

Abstract: | To study the therapeutic effect of MK-801 on laser-induced retina injury.The eyes of Wistar rats were ex-posed to He-Ne laser.The curative effects of MK-801 was observed by examination of histopathology and immunohisto-chemistry changes in the injuried region.Experimental results showed that comparing to the control group,better pre-served photoreceptors and reduced expression of NMDA were demonstrated in MK-801-treated rats,and so was the thick-ness of the photoreceptor cells.The experiment results should be helpful for clinical treating of retinal low energy laser injury. |
