Abstract: | A rapid and simple enzymic method is described for the synthesis of 32P]phosphoenolpyruvate from 32P]Pi, with a reproducible yield of 74%. The final product was shown to be a good substrate for pyruvate kinase (EC 2.7.1.40). |
