| Abstract: | Summary Multiple concurrent injections of MER, to give a total dose of 0.5 mg, at the site of palpable Rous sarcomas developing in outbred chickens following infection with the Rous sarcoma virus effected seemingly permanent regression of the neoplasms in 25 of 76 subjects. In contrast, administration of the same amount of the agent to the tumour area in a single injection, in a small volume, was effective in only 2 of 54 birds. |
