广西人群亚健康现状分析与探讨

目的研究广西人群亚健康的现状为采取干预措施提供依据。方法采用自行设计的广西人群亚健康现状调查问卷对广西初、高中学生及教师,社会人群以及农村人群进行调查。结果(1)广西人群中知道亚健康的占13.59%,认为自己存在亚健康问题的占31.47%。(2)广西人群具有亚健康问题的总人次数为26.07%,其中生理、心理、社会适应和生活习惯方面具有亚健康问题的人次数分别为27.29%、32.36%、9.9%和26.76%。(3)广西人群处于亚健康状态的人占74.5%,其中生理、心理、社会适应和生活习惯亚健康的人分别占17.4%、31.8%、0.7%和18.0%。结论应该加强对广西各类人群的亚健康宣传教育,尤其应加强心理亚健康方面的宣传教育。

Analysis on Sub-health Actuality of Guangxi Crowd

Objective To study sub-health actuality of Guangxi crowd and to provide evidence for intervention measures.Methods With random sampling method,student of elementary and high school,teacher,community crowd and rural populace were selected.The all samples were surveyed with self-designed sub-health actuality questionnaires.Results(1)The awareness sub-health and the self-existing sub-health were known 13.59% and 31.47% in Guangxi crowd,respectively.(2)The total persontime number of having sub-health status were 26.07% and that of having sub-health status in physiological aspect,psychological aspect,social adaptation and life habit were 27.29%,32.36%,9.9% and 26.76% respectively.(3)The percent of having sub-health status were 74.5% and that of having sub-health status in physiological aspect,psychological aspect,social adaptation and life habit were 17.4%,31.8%,0.7% and 18.0%,respectively.Conclusion The sub-health education and specially education in physiological health aspect for Guangxi different crowd should be reinforced.
