Abstract:	Accessory cells were studied in early spermatogenesis of flatfishes Glyptocephalus stelleri and Pleuronectes pinnifasciatus using transmission electron microscopy. The morphological organization of accessory cells in G. stelleri was similar to that of Sertoli cells.
