摘 要: | 用电生理油间隙、单纤维、电压钳位技术研究了杀虫环对黑胸大蠊中枢神经第Ⅵ神经节突触前膜钙通道的调制作用和钾通道的抑制作用.结果证明:(1)在电压钳位条件下,2×10~(-5)M杀虫环可抑制突触前膜的I_K和Ina,其兴奋性、突触后电位(EPSPs)也被抑制.(2)2×10~(-5)M杀虫环可调制突触前膜的钙通道,使Ica峰值降低.

Abstract: | The actions of THOwere tested on isolated ventral nerve cord of the Cockroach P. fuliginosa, using oil-gap, single fible, and voltage-clamp recording technique. The insecticidal activity of THO was primarily determined by inward Calcium currents of the presynaptic membrane and postsynaptic potential (EPSPs). (1) In voltage-clamp, THO (2×10-5M) suppression of Both potassium, sodium currents and EPSPs was noted after 15min. (2) THO modifies inward Calcium currents, slowly reduced the peak of Iea. |
