西洋参不同部位皂苷类成分的指纹图谱研究

摘    要:以西洋参(Panax quinquefolium L.)为材料,分别取主根、须根、芦头、参皮、参芯、茎、叶、花序、果实和芽孢等不同部位为材料,以高效液相法检测其皂苷类成分。利用系统聚类分析法和中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统对各部位的皂苷种类和含量进行分析,将西洋参的不同部位按照成分组成进行了分类。

Abstract:The different parts of Panax quinquefolium L.(also called American ginseng),such as mainroot,caulis,leaf,anthotaxy,fruit,fibrous-root,gemma,rhizoma,shell of ginseng,core of ginseng,were studied,in which the saponins in different parts were determined by HPLC method.The kinds and contents of saponins in each part were analyzed by similarity evaluation software and Hierarchical Clustering method of SPSS.In this study,the results show that the kinds and contents of saponins exist evenly in the mainroot,higher in the fibrous root than in the other parts,and higher in the core of ginseng than in the shell of ginseng.So this study will be significant for further developing and protecting medicinal plant resource.
