应用VCS技术的白细胞的分类和计数

The classification and counting of leukocytes by using VCSTechnology

For a long time,various automatic leukocyte distinction methods have been used.One of those methods is the distinction of leukocytes using;Analysis of Volume,Conductivity and LaserlightScattering(VCS)Technology.Here, we have thoroughly discussed this method.A specially developed reagentssystem prevents the alteration of cells through the influence of staining solutions or cytochemical reagents.The original characteristics,such as size of the leukocytes,the internal physical and chemical characteristics,as well as the typical surfacestructure of every cell will be largely preserved.The simultaneous application of the three parameters of VCSTechnology causes a multidimensional registration of every leukocyte in an almost "native" condition.
