Abstract: | - 1.1. AMP-Sepharose binds phosphorylase b at its nucelotide site, whereas Blue Dextran Sepharose binds at its nucleoside one.
- 2.2. Nucleotide analogues and glucose-6-phosphate elute phosphorylase b from AMP-Sepharose.
- 3.3. Both nucleotide and nucleoside analogues, and glucose and glucose-6-phosphate, elute phosphorylase b from Blue Dextran Sepharose.
- 4.4. Inosine, caffeine, glucose and glucose-6-phosphate fail to elute phosphorylase a from AMP-Sepharose.
