A method for kappa-casein genotyping of bulls |

| Abstract: | A method for kappa-casein genotyping in bulls has been developed. By analysis of DNA polymorphisms we are able to discriminate between the kappa-casein variant A and B in the bulls. This method will be an efficient tool in selection for the most desirable kappa-casein variant. |
