| Abstract: | It was an important technique for bio mass spectrometry technique in proteomics study.In the review,we systemically discussed mass spectrometry's definition,classification and basic analysis principle.Also,we discussed its techniques of matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI),electrospray ionization(ESI),time of flight(TOF),Quadrupole(Q),MALDI Q TOF and MALDI TOF TOF.Last,discussed application of bio mass spectrometry technique in proteomics study. |
