Abstract:	Resolvase, a site-specific recombination enzyme involved in transposition of movable elements of DNA, has been crystallized. The space group is P6₂22 (or enantiomorph $P6_{4} 22, a = b = 59.7 A ?, c = 169.4 A ?$ ), with a monomer in the crystallographic asymmetric unit.
