Crystallization of resolvase, a repressor that also catalyzes site-specific DNA recombination

Abstract:Resolvase, a site-specific recombination enzyme involved in transposition of movable elements of DNA, has been crystallized. The space group is P6222 (or enantiomorph P6422, a = b = 59.7 A?, c = 169.4 A?), with a monomer in the crystallographic asymmetric unit.
