| 摘 要： | 通过测定珠江口海域典型腹足类管角螺(Hemifusus tuba)各组织器官中DDTs和HCHs的含量,研究了管角螺体内DDTs和HCHs的组织分布和生物转化规律.结果表明:管角螺肠中DDTs和HCHs含量远高于其他器官,表明其肠壁对有机氯农药有一定的屏蔽作用;性腺中检出较高浓度的DDTs和HCHs,表明性腺是DDTs...

| Abstract: | Based on the measurements of DDTs and HCHs concentrations in various tissues of Hemifusus tuba from the southern Pearl River Estuary,the distribution and biotransformation of the two organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in this marine gastropod were examined. The DDTs and HCHs concentrations in H. tuba intestine were much higher than those in other tissues,suggesting that the intestinal wall of H. tuba was an important barrier to DDTs and HCHs.
