| 摘 要： | 表位疫苗相对传统疫苗拥有较多优势,其最大的优点就是可以克服传统疫苗造成的毒力恢复或散毒的可能。另外表位疫苗本身无毒、稳定,符合未来疫苗发展的方向。表位疫苗的设计需要从表位的筛选、优化及表位的组合等多方面展开。现对表位疫苗的设计策略及应用作一介绍。

| Abstract: | Comparing to traditional vaccines,epitope-vaccine displays many advantages.The most outstanding advantage for epitope-vaccine is that it can avoid the disadvantages of virus-excretion and virulence recovery.In addition,the epitope-vaccine is atoxic and stable.Therefore,the epitope-vaccine meets to the developing direction of future vaccine.Design of epitope-vaccine needs to carry out from epitope-screening,optimization and assemblage of epitopes,etc.Presently,we will give an introduction to designing strategy and application of epitope-vaccine. |
