双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗婴儿支气管肺炎并症状性腹泻疗效观察

目的观察双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊（贝飞达）治疗婴儿支气管肺炎并症状性腹泻的疗效。方法156例婴儿支气管肺炎并症状性腹泻患儿随机分为2组，对照组72例按支气管肺炎常规抗感染及对症治疗，治疗组84例在此基础上加用双歧杆菌三联活菌。结果治疗组有效率为82．2％，显著高于对照组（58．3％），2组间差异有非常显著性（χ^2=10．7，P〈0．01）。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗婴儿支气管肺炎并症状性腹泻疗效显著。

Observation on the effect of enteric-coated Bifid.triple viable capsules in the treatment of symptomatic diarrhea in infants with bronchial pneumonia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of enteric-coated Bifida. triple viable capsules in the treatment of symptomatic diarrhea in infants with bronchial pneumonia. Method 156 clinical cases were randomly divided into treatment group （84 cases） and control group （72 cases）. The control group was treated with normal therapy, and the treatment group was treated on the basis of normal treatment with enteric-coated Bifida. triple viable capsules. Result The total curative rate of treatment group was 82.2% ,which was significantly higher than the 58.3% of control group （χ^2 = 10.7 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Enteric-coated Bifida. triple viable capsule has remarkable effect in treatment of symptomatic diarrhea in infants with bronchial pneumonia.
