| 摘 要： | 以常规降血糖药(格列苯脲)为阳性对照,通过对正常小鼠和糖尿病小鼠进行降血糖治疗试验,研究了龙眼核提取液的降血糖作用。结果表明,龙眼核提取液能有效地缓解经四氧嘧啶诱发的糖尿病小鼠体内的高血糖症状,降血糖率达77.4%,具有良好的降血糖效果。

| Abstract: | To study the hypoglycemic effect of longan seed extract,the test was carried out.The alloxan tetrahydrate-induced diabetic mice were treated with longan seed extract,and glibenclamide which is the anti-diabetic activity of the standard drug was chosen as control.The post-treatment analysis results showed that treating with longan seed extract could keep blood glucose of diabetic mice steady at normal blood glucose range.The ratio of hypoglycemic effect could achieve 77.4%,and the therapy effect of longan seed extract was obvious. |
