| Abstract: | A modified nucleoside was synthesized with adenine and a 6-membered azasugar, and it was converted to the phosphoramidite which was used for the incorporation into oligonucleotides. The hybridization properties of the modified oligonucleotides with DNA and RNA were studied. |
