微生物培养技术研究进展

摘    要:微生物在自然界中分布广、种类多、资源丰富,绝大多数在现有条件下还不能被培养。了解微生物新的培养技术,提高微生物可培养性具有重要意义。文章就微生物不易培养的主要原因及改进微生物培养条件、设计开发新型微生物培养技术等方面进行了综述,旨在为微生物资源的开发利用提供借鉴。

Abstract:Microorganisms distribute widely in nature with great variety and abundant resources, however, most of them cannot be cultivated under current existing conditions. To understand new microbial cultivation technology to im-prove the cultivability of microorganisms has important significance. The main reasons of uneasiness to cultivate micro-organisms, as well as how to improve conditions to cultivate microorganisms, to design and to develop new type of mi-crobial cultivation technology were summarized in this article, aiming at providing experiences and references to devel-op and utilize microbial resources.
