| Abstract: | A systematical investigation of Vinca minor L.was performed for its biological property andplantlet multiplication techniques.The results indicated that this plant could grow well in thearea around the central Shaanxi plain. Both in vivo cutting and in vitro micropropagation tech-niques were suitable for large scale production of the plantlets.The best result of rooting and ser-viving of in vivo cutting of shoot and or stem cuttings was obtained by treatment of cuttings with100 mg/L NAA quick dip.The optimal medium for in vitro micropropagation was MS+NAA0.02mg/L +BA1.0mg/L+GA2.0 4.0mg/L. |
