| Abstract: | —A rapid and sensitive radioimmunoassay for the neuron-specific protein, 14-3-2, has been developed. The assay was used to determine the amounts of 14-3-2 protein in soluble extracts prepared from clones of the C 1300 murine neuroblastoma and from C 1300 × L cell hybrid clones. The values obtained with the radioimmune procedure correlated with those obtained in microcomplement fixation and microprecipitin assays. |
