摘    要:本实验旨在分析狗急性心肌缺血时低切变率下全血粘度异常升高与红细胞电泳率(EM)和血浆纤维蛋白原浓度变化间的关系。实验结果表明,阻断冠脉血流40min时,低切变率下全血粘度已显著升高,EM明显降低,二者呈高度负相关,此时血浆纤维蛋白原浓度仅轻度增加。缺血时间进一步延长时,EM逐渐恢复,而血浆纤维蛋白原浓度显著升高,此时低切变率下全血粘度升高主要与血浆纤维蛋白原变化有关。

Abstract:This study was conducted in 10 dogs for analyses of the relationship betweenthe changes in low shear viscosity of whole blood and the alterations in electropho-retic mobility of RBCs(EM) and plasma fibrinogen during the early stage of myocar-dial ischemia. It was demonstrated that, at 40-min post-occlusion, the low shearviscosity of whole blood increased distinctly, EM decreased significantly but therewas only a slight increase in plasma fibrinogen. A significant corrclation betweenthe changes in low shear viscosity and EM was observed. When the myocardialischemia was sustained, EM restored gradually and plasma fibrinogen increasedsignificantly, so the changes in plasma fibrinogen might be the major factor for theincrease in the low shear viscosity of whole blood during this stage of ischemia.
