Localization of arylsulfatase in Pseudomonas C12B. |

| Abstract: | Arylsulfatase was released almost completely from intact cells of Pseudomonas C12B after osmotic shock or after treatment with lysozyme. These results suggest that the enzyme is cell wall associated in this soil isolate. |
