摘    要:从受到污染的吲哚醌溶液中分离到茵株F2,该菌株能够快速高效地降解吲哚醌.根据其形态特征、生理生化指标及16S rRNA基因序列分析结果,该茵株被鉴定为紫金牛叶杆菌(Phyl-lobacterium myrsinacearum).F2菌株为好氧茵,在10℃~40℃的温度条件下对吲哚醌均有降解作用.适宜温度范围为25℃~3...

Abstract:A highly effective isatin-degrading strain F2 was isolated from contaminated isatin solution. This strain was identified as Phyllobacterium myrsinacearum based on its morphological, physiological and biochemical properties, combined with 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. F2 strain belongs to aerobic bacteria. It could degrade isatin under 10 --40 ℃, and the proper temperature was in the range of 25 ℃ to 35 ℃. It could degrade 50--500 mg/L isatin at 28 ℃. The results showed that F2 strain could play an important role in the treatment of indigo wastewater after pretreatment with laccase.
