摘    要:目的 检测具有阴道不适症状的可疑阴道炎患者阴道微生态情况。方法 选择2017年7月1日—2017年12月31日1 713例有阴道不适症状的可疑阴道炎患者为研究对象,采集阴道分泌物,主要利用光学显微镜镜检和五联检酶化学法检测。镜检细胞成分、病原体、清洁度等,酶化学法有过氧化氢(H2O2)、唾液酸苷酶(SNA)、白细胞酯酶(LE)、β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶(GUS)和凝固酶(GADP)五项。结果 1 713例阴道分泌物中,镜检细胞成分WBC++及以上阳性793例,占46.29%;RBC为61例,占3.56%。病原体检查霉菌280例,占16.35%;滴虫24例,占1.40%;清洁度Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级共943例,占55.05%;全体平均pH值为4.56±0.26;酶学检查H2O2和LE阳性数分别为696例和769例,阳性占比为40.63%和44.89%;AV致病菌497例,占29.01%;BV致病菌221例,占12.90%。结论 具有阴道不适症状的患者阴道微生态环境较差,损伤性严重,致病菌多。

Abstract:Objective To inspect the vaginal microflora and distribution of vaginitis in patients with vaginal discomfort.Methods 1,713 suspected vaginitis patients with vaginal discomfort were included.Optical microscopy and chemical enzymatic detection were used to detect the vaginal secretions for cellular components,pathogens,cleanliness,H2O2,SNA,LE,GUS and GADP.Results There were 696 cases(40.63%)of positive H2O2,769 cases(44.89%)of positive LE,and 943 cases(55.05%)of cleanliness grade Ⅲ/Ⅳ.The average pH value was 4.56±0.26.The detection rate of fungi was 16.35%(n=280),and that of Trichomonas was 1.40%(n=24).AV pathogens accounted for 29.01%(n=497),while BV pathogens accounted for 12.90%(n=221).46.29%(n=793)of the cases were detected as WBC++ while 3.56% were as RBC.Conclusion Patients with vaginal discomfort have poor vaginal microenvironment,serious injury and more pathogenic bacteria.
