摘    要:肠道是动物机体重要的消化和营养吸收器官。肠道菌群决定肠道健康,进而影响机体健康。近来关于肠道菌群的研究越来越多,且肠道菌群酵解底物产生的短链脂肪酸也备受人们关注。短链脂肪酸主要包括乙酸、丙酸、丁酸等及其盐类。在对肠道功效方面,短链脂肪酸发挥着重要作用,如氧化供能、维持水电解质平衡、调节免疫、抗病原微生物及抗炎、调节肠道菌群平衡、改善肠道功能等。因此,本文根据近年来国内外相关研究报道,综述了鸡肠道不同种类、含量的菌群对短链脂肪酸来源和吸收的影响;不同种类、含量和制剂形态的短链脂肪酸对肠道菌群影响的研究进展,为更好地了解鸡肠道菌群和短链脂肪酸的相互关系和提高禽类养殖水平提供理论指导。

Abstract:Abstract: Intestinal tract is an important organ for digestion and absorption of nutrients in animal body. Intestinal flora determines intestinal health, thereby affecting the health of the organism. Recently, more and more studies have been carried out on intestinal flora, and the short chain fatty acids produced by intestinal microflora through glycolysis of substrates have also attracted much attention. Short chain fatty acids mainly include acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, and their salts. In the intestinal function, short chain fatty acids play an important role, such as providing energy through oxidation, maintaining balances of water and electrolytes, regulating immunity, resisting pathogenic bacteria and inflammation, regulating the balance of intestinal microflora, and improving intestinal function etc. Therefore, based on the related research reports at home and abroad, we reviewed the influences of different types and amounts of intestinal flora on the source and absorption of short chain fatty acids in chicken, as well as the progress in research, in order to better understand the relation between intestinal microflora and short chain fatty acids and provide theoretical guidance for improving poultry culture.
